The "Musical Exhibitions" special educational project, realized with the support of the Open Sea Foundation, is continued with the second concert that will take place at the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts. The musical evening will be held on 15 June at 19.00 in the central building of the museum. The concert got the name the "Musical Still Life in One Act" and is coincided with the opening of an extensive retrospective exhibition of Giorgio Morandi's legacy. According to the favorite genre of the artist that is "still life", the concert includes "Vanitas" themed music works by composers of different epochs. The "Dedication to A.V." composition by Iraida Yusupova will be first performed at the concert. Its music was inspired by the "Morandi" poem written by american poet Charles Wright.
Among participants of the concert are the soloists of such ensembles like "Studiya Novoy Muzyki", "Volkonsky Consort", "Time of Dance" and soprano Olga Grechko.
