The Open Sea International Art Festival was established in 2013. For three years in a row, it was conducted at Palanga resort in Lithuania. In 2015 the celebration of arts lasted three days: June 25 to 27. An exhibition by artists N. Vinnichenko and M. Kavolis was held at Hotel Auska. Concerts by famous musicians were held at Kurhaus Music Hall, at Gintaras Children’s Rehab Center and Chapel of St. Francis of Assisi in Klaipeda. The Festival concerts were attended by violinist Mikhail Simonyan, baritone Leonid Bahtalin, clarinetist Igor Fedorov, mezzo soprano Justina Gringyte, Frauchi Guitar Quartet, and New Ideas Chamber Orchestra (NICO).
Big Al and The Jokers band from Riga, Utah author and performer and Russian singer Vladimir Levkin joined the celebration for the final gala performance.
